Please read the following instructions and register now!
Visa Information
Every person entering China must have a valid passport. Additionally, travelers from certain countries must obtain a visa from a China consulate in their home country. Please note that obtaining a visa may take more than one month in some cases. For detailed information, please visit the following website and contact your nearest Chinese Embassy or Consulate.
If you require an invitation letter for obtaining a travel visa to enter China, please contact us at: Prof. Yajun Ha, ShanghaiTech (hayj@shanghaitech.edu.cn), and provide your name, institution name, contact phone number, email, nationality, gender, date of birth, passport no, date of issue, date of expiry, paper title and ID (if applicable), and registration receipt.
Please note that the committee issues invitation letters only to conference attendees who have completed registration.

At least one author per accepted regular paper, poster paper, and journal paper must register by November 7(AoE, UTC-12) at the author registration rate. Failure to register will result in your paper being removed from the conference proceedings. You cannot share one regular registration across multiple papers and presentations
The full registration for papers or presentations appears as the category of the “author” in the registration form. If the author with the full registration cannot present, another author of the same paper with a student registration can substitute the actual presentation. Please note: The paper upload section during the registration process is for conference registration purposes only, not for the final IEEE proceedings.
Registration Fee
For the registration fee payment, you can either choose to pay in RMB or in US dollar. Payment in RMB is recommended for attendee from China, while payment in USD is required for those need to pay in international credit cards. In the registration link below, please make sure you choose the right menu for RMB or USD payment.

*The discounted price is available only for members of IEEE.
Student registration with a discount is for full-time students only.
Extra pages and fees: The extra page fee is 700 CNY (USD 110) for one page, 1100 CNY (USD 170) for two extra pages and should be paid at the conference registration for authors.
The Regular/author registration fee includes:
- Access to ALL conference events
- Access to materials at the conference
- All lunches, coffee breaks, banquet, etc at the conference.
Student registration includes the same benefits as regular/author registration except for banquet.
Registration Policies for Modification and Cancellation
- If you request any changes or cancellation regarding registration, please contact registration support.
- Paid registrants (non-authors) who cannot attend are entitled to a refund of 50% of the registration fee if a request is received in writing before November 27 (AOE). There will be no refund after that date.
Registration Receipts
Confirmation of your registration will be sent to you by email once your registration is completed. If you request a receipt/invoice with additional information on it, or have any questions about registration, please contact the conference registration mailbox:fpt25-registration@outlook.com.
Invitation Letter
Invitation Letter will be sent to you by email once your registration is completed and required information (name, institution name, contact phone number, email, passport no) has been received by the conference chair at hayj@shanghaitech.edu.cn. Please note that if you need an invitation letter for visa application, you may need to provide more information as stated in the visa application section.
