Camera-Ready Paper Submissions and Copyrights Due

Formatting Instructions

  • Your final camera-ready paper MUST be formatted using the templates provided the IEEE CPS (Conference Publishing Services) Author Kit.
  • It is highly recommended that you proofread and check the layout of your paper before using the IEEE PDF eXpress™ or submitting the final PDF version of your paper.
  • Extra pages cost: 700CNY for one page, 1100CNY for extra two pages. Extra page fees for different types of papers are described in the IEEE CPS (Conference Publishing Services) Author Kit . This fee is collected at the time of registration, not at the time of submission.
  • The maximum paper length is different for each acceptance category.
    • Regular/Special Full paper: 8 pages + up to 2 extra pages (with additional fee for each extra page)
    • Regular/Special Short paper: 4 pages + up to 2 extra pages (with additional fee for each extra page)
    • Poster paper: 2 pages (no extra page)
    • Competition/PhD: 2 pages (no extra page)

Submission Instructions

  • DO NOT submit the final camera ready paper to Easy Chair.
  • Paper submission is performed through the IEEE CPS Author Kit; however, papers MUST be first checked by the IEEE PDF eXpress™ .
  • Validate your PDF file using the IEEE PDF eXpress™:
    1. Go to the IEEE PDF eXpress™
    2. First-time users: select the “Create account”
    3. The conference ID for regular and special sessions is 67023X.
    4. Enter your email address and password
    5. Continue to enter the information as prompted
    6. For troubleshooting, please contact the Publications Support Center for the Publications Support Center for IEEE PDF eXpress™
  • Go to the IEEE CPS Author Kit (Enabled Now):
    1. Create an account, if you do not have one, and log into the system
    2. Select “ICFPT 2025”
    3. Click Begin Paper Submission
    4. Fill out the submission form: “Paper ID”, “Submitter Full Name,” “Submitter E-mail,” “Paper Title”, “Abstract,” and “Keywords.” The Abstract should be approximately 100-150 words.
    5. On the next page, you can fill in authors’ information (Name, Affiliation, etc.). Authors must be listed completely in the same order as in the PDF paper.
    6. On the next page, you can upload your paper in PDF format
    7. Next, you need to submit the IEEE copyright form; please use the link “Submit IEEE copyright” provided on the following page and follow through. Make sure that everything is correct before doing this step.
  • The deadline for camera ready paper and copyright submissions is 7 November 2025 (AoE).
