The International Conference on Field-Programmable Technology (FPT) is the premier conference in the Asia-Pacific region on field-programmable technologies, including reconfigurable computing devices and systems. Field-programmable devices combine the flexibility of software with the performance of hardware, and their development and application have become vital topics in research and innovation. This technology is widely used in areas such as high-performance computing systems, embedded and low-power control instruments, mobile communications, rapid prototyping, and product emulation.

While attendees are primarily from the Asia-Pacific region, approximately one-third of participants typically come from around the world, including the USA, Canada, the UK, Germany，and many other countries. As a leading conference on reconfigurable technology, FPT attracts cutting-edge research, distinguished academics, and talented research students in the field.

Following the success of FPT 2024 in Sydney (December 2024), FPT 2025 will be held in Shanghai from December 2–5, 2025. We aim to deliver an even higher-quality technical program, invite more world-class researchers, attract a larger audience, and create a broader impact on the global community.
